The News Bytes column will introduce a new feature, “Products and Profiles,” relating to equipment, technology, and services of interest to the commercial marine industry.

The intent is to provide a promotional boost to companies registered in the Product Categories Index on marinetrac.com. Companies not in our database are invited to submit news releases for consideration.

Marine Equipment Technology will be one of the topics included in the “Products and Profiles” feature. Shipbuilding and Ship Design companies are the other subjects of interest.

We invite submissions from the USA and international sources and, by extension, companies that pursue global outreach.

Equipment and Technology will be identified in a footnote that includes the name and title of the individual who submitted the text and the company name.
